Unique anime-style fighter is heading our way around the end of January.

Publisher 7sixty announced that they will be bringing out anime-style fighter Phantom Breaker to the US this month. Here's the first Trailer for the game:

The main story in Phantom Breaker is about a tournament in Tokyo hosted by "Phantom", in which the winner of the tournament will be rewarded by having any wish they desire being granted.  The game is unique as you can choose between two different styles: "Quick" and "Hard". While "Quick" style is primarily used for speed, "Hard" style is used primarily for more defensive measures.

Honestly, I can't wait for this game to come out. I had a chance to play  the Japanese version of this game at last year's MetroCon on the first day, and I had to say, I was hooked to it.. Since that day, I've searched the internet for any news and information about the game. A couple of weeks later, I made a Japanese Xbox live account to look around the Japanese market, and that's when I managed to find a demo for the game. with it downloaded, I spent some time playing it, learning about the characters that was playable on the demo, trying interesting tricks, and battling the CPU time and time again (one day I played 50 matches nonstop just because I was hyped for this game.) The first time I learned of a possible US release of this game was when I found a listing on Amazon with a release date of January 31, 2012. Since then, I haven't found any news relating to this game, that is until today. All I will say is get hyped for this game.

This is alright. Skullgirls looks way better. Skullgirls is going to change the market I think(I hope) especially in America.

The art in this looks better to me, but the mechanics sound better for Skullgirls. Let me know if you get it Arth, I'ld like to hear more about it.
