Capcom released a short movie for new Street Fighter 4 on their “Teaser Website”. Is it new character or what?

New information 9/29/09 6:00am EST

The official Capcom site has posted a new story stating that Super Street Fighter IV is official and will be released some time around the spring of 2010. It may feature up to 8 additional characters. The only ones confirmed at this time are T. Hawk from SF2 and Juri a Korean fighter focused with kick attacks, a first for the series. The game will be on a NEW disc and sold separately and will not be compatible with SFIV. There's gonna be a ton of upgrades to the game that they aren't saying yet, but may have a surprise for all of us who already own a copy of SFIV.

9/28 2009 at 17:00.09, Japan time ( 9/28 5:00am. 09 EST) Capcom posted the short movie on mysterious website. This move is shorter than 15sec, so that you can’t see any detail what it is. However, you see “newwarrior” in this URL. In fact, it is strong possibility that a new character will be in SF4. Also, look closer to below the movie, you will see” 9月27日17:00” (9/27 4:00am EST). Is this a sign for some kind of an announcement from Capcom about SF4 or what?

It's not DLC, it's a fully new game. Rumor is that it won't be full price though, thank the jimmy.

It will be a massive fail if this doesn't include an online lobby system (like quarter match from SSF2 HD Remix).

The "Break the Barrels" bonus stage is confirmed! Lobbies/spectator mode confirmed! 2 Ultra's per character! New special and normal moves for some characters! New, better quality intro/ending movies for all 33 confirmed characters! This game is full of win. Can't wait for more info.
