A video collection of some of the cool easter eggs of Arkham City.
Rocksteady Developers floor me with the dedication and love for the source material. I didn't see most of this during my playthrough.
Just wanted to give another shout out to Gouki.com for sending me this awesome game. I really enjoyed it!
Enjoy the video guys and comment!

On May 29 you can pick up the GOTY edition of Batman: Arkham City which includes all of the DLC up to now, plus a new DLC pack "Harley Quinn's Revenge"
In Harley Quinn's Revenge (available as DLC also on May 29), you allegedly get to use Robin in the main game map. No word on if you have to have the Robin DLC already for that to work.
If you don't already have this game, you should definitely pick this up. Best. Game. Ever.
Just an update on some deals of the week.
Nightwing Bundle Pack 560 to 360
Robin Bundle Pack 560 to 360
Not much of a discount but the game is still fairly new ^^
Also thanks Gouki guys, I seem to be in luck. Also managed to get the Catwoman DLC for 400. Even though Gouki told me it's not worth it ^^
Batman Arkham City was the game of the year. Have you played it with Robin? Should you?
The Robin DLC pack allows you to use Robin in all the existing challenge maps, but not the main game. This is a big disappointment as you can free roam around the city as Catwoman once you've beaten the main story.
You also get two new challenge maps, one fighting challenge and one predator challenge. The fighting challenge is unique among all the included and previously released challenges as it uses the engine to create a side-scrolling beat-em-up... Final Fight style. At the end of the side scrolling challenge, you get to fight Black Mask as a boss (which is cool because he does not make an appearance in the main game).
Overall the DLC is pretty limited and unless you're an achievement/trophy hunter there won't be much reason to play the original challenge maps as Robin. I hate to give a "rent" to DLC as it's basically impossible unless you can play it at a friends house or something, but that's what we've got here. It's not a great DLC and it's not a bad DLC. It's small, but it's not expensive. If you love playing the challenge rooms, give this a try, otherwise, ignore it.

Best PS3 Exclusive
BatRastered says: I played the first inFAMOUS because I got it for free on the PSN when they came back from the hacking debacle. It was probably the most fun I've had on the PS3 since I've owned one. Naturally when inFAMOUS 2 was released I had to play it. While it didn't leave the same impression on me that the original did, I still loved it. It's too bad the user generated content didn't live up to the hype.
GoukiJones says: I didn't play it. Well I actually I did, I beat the shit out of it at CES 2010. Exclusive! After that I wasn't really interested. I watched Batty play it a little and I still wasn't interested.
User's Choice: DC Universe Online
GoukiJones says: Wow! I couldn't have been more disappointed in myself after playing this game. I said it 2 years ago at E3 when I first played this game. "It felt stiff." Oh and it certainly was.
BatRastered says: A game that goes from one of GoukiJones' most hyped games to us returning un-opened copies to Amazon in the space of a few hours has to be nominated. The movement was supposed to differentiate this game, I knew it was in trouble when the Crysis 2 came out and did the same thing (vaulting, etc).

My face hurts after playing this game. I love Batman though, so nothing else matter. This is my review of Batman Arkham City. Please vote, comment and share. For me Jimmy!
Another Arkham City PC delay. Yes, another.
Deja vu? I think so. According to Steam's page for Batman: Arkham City, the game has once again been delayed. First it missed the simultaneous launch and was pushed back to November 15th for "optimization", and now it's been delayed another week. Missing the October 18th launch was bad enough (although PC gamers should be glad the developers are actually taking the time to not throw out a half-assed PC port), and I know another week isn't a big deal, but I hate delays - especially these one-week delays that can't possibly amount to much in the way of changes or optimization. Maybe it was pushed back to be a bit further from the launches of Skyrim and Modern Warfare 3. I don't know, and I don't care; Arkham Asylum was amazing, and I don't feel like waiting. So here's to hoping it's worth the wait.
I'm excited about Nightwing & Robin DLC. I'm not excited about how we were gaffled by the Catwoman code and BS. The Robins DLC are like 7 bucks each. Ridiculous. You can't even take them into the city. Unacceptable. I'll give you $2 for each. Sounds fair.

After teasing us with Catwoman gameplay trailers and demos at E3, did Rocksteady and WB deliver on the hype?
Given that this is a rant, you can probably guess my answer to that question is "no". First of all you only get 4 Catwoman missions that take place during the campaign. You aren't allowed to switch out dynamically like they showed us at the E3 demo until after the main story is complete and you're in "free roam" mode to finish up any remaining side-quests. That was a huge disappointment to me.
Catwoman gameplay trailer
I'm not even going to complain about the fact that you don't even get the Catwoman missions on the disc, they are instead a DLC code included in the retail package to make some money off of used game sales. That has been covered by numerous other Jimmies already. That and the game works just fine without it.
Actually that's one of my biggest problems with the Catwoman pack, its optional nature makes it feel really tacked-on when you're thrown into a Catwoman mission. Batman is in a precarious position and the game just switches over to Catwoman for a little while doing something completely unrelated (like fighting through Poison Ivy's hideout). There is one interesting point, at the end of the third Catwoman mission, where you're given the option to go out one door to help Batman or the other to leave him on his own. You should check out what happens if you leave the Bat on his own if you have the cat-pack, but it's not worth buying because of it.
Another issue, is you are given the option to upgrade Catwoman's abilities in addition to Batman's. I shouldn't have to tell you what a waste of XP that is given there are only 4 missions. Pro Tip: Upgrade Batman first, only spend upgrades on Catwoman after Batman is maxed. The first two Catwoman missions take place very early in the game (the first, in fact, before you even see Batman) and the last two take place very late in the game (the last after the main story is complete) so there is a very long time in the middle where you will not hear from Catwoman. Save those upgrades!
The Riddler's puzzles for Catwoman are also a bit of a joke. Most of the trophies are simply acquired by using her "cling to the mesh ceiling" ability to collect a trophy that is in plain sight, but seemingly out of reach. Half of those you'd have to walk over anyway to progress through the room. Then there are the ones behind locked doors, these are simply picked up after Batman has unlocked the door earlier in the story. Huge sad face.
I'm playing through the "new game plus" mode right now, and I can't say I'm looking forward to any of the Catwoman scenes, which is disappointing to say the least. You can also use her in the challenge rooms, but they are the exact same rooms as Batman, do you really care to beat-em-up with the Cat instead of the Bat? I don't.
I still love this game, and give it a Buy rating, in fact it is probably my GOTY so far... but don't be afraid to buy it used or borrow from a friend, you won't be missing anything important in the Catwoman DLC. That, at least, you can flush.
