It looks like Transformers has lined up some pretty decent incentives to order early.
Sideswipe is your Gamestop reward.
Ratchet comes from Amazon.
Get the Wii or DS version anywhere and you get toys Bumble bee for the Autobot version and Lockdown with the Decepticons.
A Bumblebee skin from Toys R Us on the 3DS version.
Deco skins for the Wii and DS version at Target.
A limited edition comic book from Kmart and Sears.
And an upgraded movie ticket from Bestbuy.

Here comes another movie tie in game, are you willing to risk your money?
The basic setup is this game is going to fill in the blanks between the movies. The story will be linear, but you will still get to play both sides of the story. They promise that each level is meant to be designed to each character, so you get the most out of them.
You'll even get some car combat going.
So you will have different styles of play mixed in, the bad part of that is in most cases it means less focus on each mode.
And they mention a multi-player mode. With War for Cybertron the multi-player was fun, but for the way they talk about the story for the game is sounds like just a tack on to increase sales. I hope I'm wrong, because Transformers has been one of my favorite groups of characters since I was a kid. But every fan boy has their limits.
So what do you think? Will you stick to a rent for this? Or do you want a demo before you even consider spending any cash on it?
