Here comes a new family game, will it be any good?
Up to for players can run around at once dressed as Disney characters, including Pixar. You'll get platforming, puzzles, collecting, and fights. The levels you run around in are based of of the movies like Monsters Inc, Alice in Wonderland, and Tron. The game will have 6 worlds to play in with more to come as DLC. To add to it as you play your characters gets new weapons to match their costume that can be leveled up, plus you can take weapons from enemies.
It will be kind of cheesy, but could be fun. The hardest thing about family games is finding something easy enough for the kids and fun enough for the parent. I've picked up the Cars games from Disney and they are decent, with the exception of Mater's Tall Tales on Wii (total peice of crap). The Lego games for Harry Potter, Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Rock Band have been ok. But many of the family games are just cheaply made with a liscence on them to make kids want them. What ever happened to the good ones?
