Rejected joke characters with some clever move lists and description.
On Dorkly.com they came up with a funny "6 Rejected Characters" list of MvC3. They include Morph from X-men, Tofu from Resident Evil 2, Aunt May Spiderman, Dustman from Megaman, Stanlee and Scrooge McDUCK! What makes it so hilarious are the movelists and character description, Aunt May is priceless. Take a peak at a couple of the pics below and follow the source for more :D
You voted for round 1, now come back for round 2.
So there was a story posted up here not too long linking to the Capcom Unity boards for a poll on which DLC characters we'd most like to see in MvC 3. Well Round 2 is up now, and it's been narrowed to the top 25 choices for each side.
Make sure you vote for round 2, and let your voice be heard.
*This is not an official poll from Capcom, and does not ensure that any of these characters will make it into the game.*
I don't know where this picture comes from exactly, but it seems that the Twitter character leak for Marvel vs Capcom 3 is true. With the inclusion of Mike Haggar and Phoenix, now we have Akuma. Check out the screen.

It appears that Ryota Niitsuma, Marvel vs. Capcom 3's producer, has disconfirmed Sentinel in an interview conducted with Eurogamer Espana (Google Translate link), which was originally written in Spanish.
This normally wouldn't be too big of a deal, but someone posting under the name Lupinko has been leaking information about MvC3 for some time, and has been extremely accurate to date, revealing numerous characters in advance. He claimed Sentinel and Hsien-Ko would be announced, but Niitsuma's statement today goes directly against one of his predictions.
Here's a translated version of the relevant paragraph from RyanCE.
Ryota Niitsuma: Indeed, we could not choose characters that were not on [Marvel's] list, and if there were some we wanted to use Marvel told us "do not pick that, take this one instead." In this sense, we wanted to bring back a couple of characters from MvC2, such as Juggernaut and Sentinel, but we could not.
Many people are currently split over who to believe on this since Lupinko has been so accurate to date, but Niitsuma is the title's producer.
Other things of note from the article include:
• The first DLC package won't be expensive. When asked about the schedule for DLC, Niitsuma said they haven't already planned this, but, "Potentially we could release a DLC [package] every two weeks..."
• Niitsuma talks about the possibility of releasing a balance patch once the game has launched, although Capcom has made other statements like this in the past for the Street Fighter 4 series, saying they can patch the game after wards, if needed.
• There's at least one character to be revealed besides the 36 member roster. This might be Galactus, as an unplayable boss.

Keits from Shoryuken.com has been filmed explaining a lot of Dante's Special moves in Marvel vs Capcom 3. Some say Dante has 40 Special Moves, but Keits could only perform what he knows. Also a few Spider-Man and Wolverine combos. Check it out!

Gamespot recently held a single elimination best of 3 rounds tournament in conjunction with Capcom. They posted a video showing some of the highlights as well as an interview with Seth Killian. Check it out!
Will anyone agree with me that the announcer has to go? There is already a ton of vocal work going on during the match, the last thing I need is some chick yelling at me while I play. Other than that, this game looks amazing! Look out for the Gouki.com Marvel vs Capcom 3 tournament soon. Tell us what you think in the comments. Don't be a Jimmy!

THOR and AMATERASU join the cast.
For those of you following Marvel vs Capcom 3 you'll know that Thor (Marvel Super Hero) and Amaterasu (Capcoms Okami) were leaked last night. Those who don't know may be happy or not about these two additions. I for one can't see myself playing a 4 legged wolf in a high speed fighting game, but thats just me. I am however happy to see Thor. He has been a long awaited character for far to long.
Check out these Pics below of the two in action.

The achievements for MvC3 are out and rumor a third darkstalkers rep.
"Make a team composed of those who dwell in the darkness, and win a match. (Arcade/Xbox LIVE only)"
Will we be seeing another Darkstalkers rep? What do you guys think?
Also what do you guys think of the Achievements in general? They seem pretty solid. Not too challenging though. I guess we'll have to wait and see when the game comes out though.

A few community members have noticed a big change in the artwork found on the Marvel vs Capcom 3 website for Morrigan.
Check out the before and after below. Note that Felicia's page has been cut off temporarily. Will the reflect a change to the actual character models in the game, or is this just for the website for some strange reason?
Here is the Before shot:
And the After shot:
Here is what Felicia's page looks like currently:
I for one don't really care about this, but I think that it is a sad thing that this has come to.
