Here's a trailer introducing the Mechromancer with a bit of info coming from Sir Hammerlock himself.

I'm currently am having a blast with the Mechromancer class. What I definitely like about Gaige in particular is her Ordered Chaos skill tree. I'll be willing to check out her other skills at a later point. Also, I find her Action Skill, Deathtrap, to be one of the best around. Depending on how you set up your skills, your Deathtrap can be rather unique to others.

Seems like this trailer was still on schedule for Gaige to come out on 10/16. It's a good trailer.

I think the character is lame. The robot is cool. She's way to easy to use. Why are all of the girls in Borderlands young little terrorists? Definitely something Choke would be into. Don't be a Jimmy!

I have loved playing as Gaige. And it's really cool that Deathtrap evolves as you put points in your skills. So you can have multiple looks for him. And some of Gaige's extra heads look incredible. I'll probably be playing again tonight once I get my son to bed. And no doubt I'll be on tomorrow.
