L.A Noire Launch Trailer

I changed the video to the official Rockstar Games video. I am looking forward to giving this a go, but the game just recently was rumored to come with a $10 rockstar pass. Meaning if you buy it used you miss out on content.

Yea I heard that rumor and that sucks super bad if i's true. I was gonna wait a while to see how worth it the game was and try to find a used one for decent price.

I'll be reviewing it, so be on the look out. I should get my review copy Friday. So I'll have all weekend to flush it out, and let you know how it is.

What I am excited about is that, if this game does really well, then we can see a new age of gaming tech. The real faces are something that no one has ever done before.

Yea, I wasn't too keen on the faces thing at first, it just seemed like a nifty thing. But the more I see it, the more I am amazed by it. I'd love to see it in more genres, but it must be extremely difficult. I think a fighting game with these types of graphics, REALISTIC BODY TYPES ( >_>) and the real faces would be epic.

(And as always, can't wait for the review!)

Down to $30 is gonna take a while Blaze, but I know what you mean. $60+ is too much for single player games.

That's the thing. Rockstar ALWAYS delivers...but I don't see Noire going too far.

I think L.A. Noire will go the distance. You have to look at it from a different perspective and get GTA, and RDR out of your head. That's not what this is, this is hard story telling, with action, drama, and less emphases on free roam. I think the journey through the game will be a lot different because you literally have to read people's emotions, and facial expressions to finish cases. It's like watching an episode of CSI, or Law and Order and trying to find out who the killer is. I like that about this game, I'm not going in expecting a GTA clone. I think that's why I am more hyped about it.. Still skeptical though lol.

@FnJimmy, this isn't the team that worked on GTA or RDR, it's developed by Team Bondi, who've made... well nothing so far. So we'll see. I'd love to have a new favorite developer in a month.
