Halo Wars

Had some great matches last week during Christmas Eve. I was destroying covenant as soon as I loaded up the game. gg Brute nuabs.

First up, pay close attention to blue in the upper right of my map.  His bases get rushed by the Brute leader for stars.  Watch what happens when the Brute leader retreats & tries to go for the heal in the center of the map.  

This next guy wasn't doing shit.  I could see his strat of going for our teams reactor from a mile away.  Luckily blue had tanks up already to run him off & was ready to attack with me when I signaled.

I'm currently playing Halo Wars on GoukiJones on XBL.  Can't wait for the backwards compatibly for Xbox One to be activated!  Nubfarm will be released full on!

It's just not the same anymore. I'm older, all my buddies from Xbox are either on PC or dead. R.I.P. KDigga! The 360 is so out-of-date it's not even funny. & the Xbox 1 is too overpriced. So I'm done with Xbox. October 16, 2013 was my last day.

That's it. I just played Halo Wars. I was shocked to see only 2100 players on. Not really, this game is over 4 years old & only very few Jimmys are still playing it. When the Xbox 1 comes out, NOBODY will be playing it. Halo Wars is 1 of my favorite games of all time. It's just real time strategy with a Halo theme. It's not very complicated, but it can be challenging. 

Other great memories from Xbox will always be Halo 2/3. That was some classic shit, I'm grateful for those times. I also played Final Fantasy XI on Xbox 360, so you can thank that free beta all those years ago for that predicament I'm in now. 

Fable was a classic Xbox title. The original Bioshock, remember that was an exclusive too. Battlefield 3 saw a lot of play time from me & so did Halo 4 this year. Unfortunately something changed in the Halo overnight for me & I barely remember playing it all. #sadface

That's all I can really think of. I mean everybody plays Street Fighter, Skyrim & even Dragon Age, but you could have played those games on other systems anyway. Like the PC. Which I'm playing mostly on now. I'm not paying for an Xbox 1 & I'm on the fence for a PS4. I'm definitely not getting launch edition. I can't think of any games I'd want to played on EITHER system. 

Enough of my nonsense. Thanks for everything Xbox. Thanks to you reading at home. Hope you enjoyed me on Xbox Live. King of Jimmys is official retired.
