RE6 already looking way better than what we saw at E3. The story of survivors still being spread out through this city is neat. 2 videos show off a lot of cut scenes, a lot of walking & talking, but 1 really cool combat sequence. Read my exclusive takes.
PART 1
The first 3 and a half minutes is a cut scene. Followed by some walking and talking that you control. Well you control the walking part. You objective is constantly marked on the screen with a distance meter. Touching the wall your walking past adds character. Your teammate needs to be with you to open the door. That's always terrible in a zombie game where I have a gun and can shoot my way through. Then we finally run into another cut scene. Running from cut scene to cut scene has got to go in video games.
The menu looks pretty sweet that pops up when you go into combat mode. You can see Green Herbs will be mapped to RB for quick access. That leads me to believe there will probably be some pretty intense fast pace sequences. I'm guessing that's his life meter next to that and below is selected ammo and bullets left. There is also what appears to be a duel wield logo.
A chandelier fall from the ceiling and blocks the path. I could have climbed over that shit in real life. WTF.
PART 2
I must have got confused at one point because now there is a third Jimmy in the party unlocking doors for Leon now. The animation during all of this is pretty sweet. Where do they get these wood floors? Are these games made for chicks, because I just don't see BatRastered and I buddying up to play this. I could have more fun playing with a girl on the same couch, if this did split screen, but it probably doesn't. Capcom wants to sell you 2 copies Jimmy.
I don't want to spoiler any more for your. Skip to about 7 minutes in the video and watch the escaping the parking garage scene. That looks like a ton of fun.
Where does your hype lye? Me? 0 still. Vote, Comment and Share. Don't be a Jimmy!
