Yes sir. You are correct. All except the pre-order bonus items. Unless you pre-ordered a copy of ARR Collector's Edition and got a code in your E-mail that you registered. Those two items are nothing that great anyway (at least I don't think so). The non pre-order ARR in game items are cool. I'm looking forward to getting those.
