MrDustKicka posted a new Super Street Fighter 4 combo video, which is very stylish, although it shows some combos you might already be familiar with.

Now let me ask you because you seem to know a lot about this stuff: are these able to be done in regular gameplay outside of training, with an opponent actively blocking (obviously besides the first hit)?

Or are these situational and not possible in regular gameplay (assuming the opponent has any sort of a clue) ?
