EBGames.com and Gamestop.com says that if you purchase the collector's edition for $69.99 you will be able to download two playable DLC Characters — Shuma Gorath and Jill Valentine.

We are all ready to get our hands on Marvel vs Capcom 3. Most of us have been waiting 10 years to do so. With Marvel vs Capcom 3 just around the corner, I've been checking up on it as much as possible. It seems that EBGames.com and Gamestop.com have the first collectors edition of the game available for pre order. With a price tag of $69.99 that is solid deal. Seeing as every new collectors edition nowadays cost $99.99!

The best part is that the collectors edition comes with 2 downloadable characters Jill Valentine and Shuma Gorath! Now I can have my complete Resident Evil Team (Chris, Wesker, and Jill)

Well this is good news that they can DLC characters for this game. The DLC is collector's edition exclusive and not EBGames and GameStop exclusive right?

Not sure on the exclusive part. I'm assuming that it's early access to the characters. It's a nice CE because it's only 10 bucks more. I may get it. We will have to wait and see what happens as more CE may arise.

I hear the DLC characters won't be available for a few weeks, the CE includes a code to download.

I'll most likely get the CE whenever it comes out. It'll be good to have a couple of extra characters available right away before it becomes available later on.

Oh fuk yeahhhhh!!!!! I am soooo pre-ordering this for Jill (plus all the other bonuses) and its a collectors edition! For only $10 bucks!

I'd would've payed 10 bucks just for the steel case, but finding out that Jill and Shuma are going to cost 10 bucks. The CE was a no brainer.
