Lol @ first impressions. Zzzzzzzzzz
No joke, the first 25 minutes is a voice over about the history of Halo. It is boring.
The second episode entitled "The Duel" is animated like a wet painting. It's about the "Arbiter" or a "Arbiter." At this point I was already half asleep from the first episode. The wet painting animation was not a good idea whatsoever, it was hard to see a lot of it. The story of this episode was about Samurai Elites. WTF? Boring.
In the third episode a Spartan is finally introduced. Not much action in this one either. The Spartan comes across her long lost love over a radio conversation about a distraction point. All the sudden there's these weird flashback and then a flashback in a flashback. This is when I feel asleep.
So now you understand my first impressions story. The Animatrix was still the best in this style of story telling. I hope I have the courage to try and watch the rest of Halo Legends, but the Japanese have already tainted my Halo! Don't be a Jimmy!
By the way am I watching it on my PS3 ... this must be some Japanese conspiracy.
