From acclaimed anime director Masami Obari. Who way back in 1995 made the original Fatal Fury movie. Which BTW is still a classic, if you haven’t seen it you should definitely look it up now. This new animation appears to just be this, this short little video. I can’t find anything about a new movie or series about KOF coming out. King Of Fighter XV is coming out on February 17, 2022.
