Community Rumor mill: Frank Wast & Doctor Octopus found in code in MvC3

Rumors states two characters to join roster, (or just leftover code)

It seems that a hacker decided to look into the code for Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, and managed to find the names of one Frank West and Doctor Octopus. What could this mean? were Frank West and Doc Oc suppose to be in the overall roster, or will they appear as DLC in the future, or they simply wern't supposed to be there? I'll leave this story with an image of the screenshot of the code, as well as my sources.

TvC Frank West will completely face pwn mvc3 with his camera assist, that pissed off so many of my friends.
On the official mvc3 fan-base dlc vote, TONS of people are voting for Frank, looks like we will see him :D

Frank was originally supposed to be in the game and was cancelled pretty much last minute. They never said he wouldn't make it in as DLC though, and he probably will.

Yea, putting him as dlc should be super easy, character is basically completed,lol. Well, didn't they give some bs reason about his zombie supers slowing the game down?

I'm sure that the Frank fanboys are going to go ape shit over this. And Doc Oc really? What happened to not wanting "punchy" characters? Or does that not count when you have extra arms? Thanks for sharing though.

funny part is, I never liked dead rising, I became a fanboy because Frank was so out of place and EPIC in TvC.
