The biggest news for the PlayStation 3 since uhhhhh errrrr .... What does the Playstation do?

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is my favorite Playstation 3 game. I was shocked by the gameplay, played all the way through and beat it. I want to play it again. Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is one of the best games of all time.

Now today on the eve of the 2010 VGA's, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception has been announced, with box art, a trailer and a super possible bogus release date of December 1, 2011. Which is a Thursday. I highly doubt that date and it's a perfect set up for a delay. This could all be just for some VGA bullshit.

At least there is this official announcement for the game.

If UC2 was on the XBOX instead of the PS3, I would probably not have a PS3. It's the only game I care about on that system. I'm looking forward to this for sure, but that release date is BS. Sounds like someone said "around December 2011" and the Dec 1 is a place holder.

I'm happy to hear that there will be a 3rd one. I have to agree that UC2 is amazing. I loved it. I had to trade it in for some cash last December and I still regret it. Now I never turn on my PS3.
