I must admit I never played Street Fighter The Movie arcade edition, but I did use to play MK3 on my SNES all the time.

The Street Fighter The Movie Arcade was horrible. None of the Moves were the same, and Jean Claude Van Damn was Guile.... Now the Sega Saturn version where they added the moves from Street Fighter II was much better. They even added Akuma in that one.
