Now June 14th in the US and June 10 everywhere else.
A special message from Randy Pitchford
I hesitated in labeling this "news" as we are talking about Duke Nukem Forever here.
The second Bioshock Infinite delay is for "extra polish and bug fixing".
Originally scheduled to be released in October 2012, Bioshock Infinite was pushed back to Feb 26, 2013 a while back to make the game "into something even more extraordinary". Well, I guess it's about to get even more extraordinary-er. The game has now been pushed back one extra month. This time the delay is for "extra polish and bug fixing". Here's hoping they live up to that extra level of polish!
Bioshock Infinite will now release on March 26, 2013.
According to ME3's Facebook page, don't expect ME3 until the first quarter of 2012
We're still a month from E3, but already we've got our first major release date "adjustment" of the season. I fully expect to see a few more of these "TBA 2011" games slip into next year. This is a little dissapointing, but the last Mass Effect slipped into January too, so not entirely unexpected.
KOF XIII has been pushed back :(
KOF XIII was originally supposed to be released on October 25th 2011 but plans have changed. It has been pushed back to November 22 that is a whole extra month fans will have to wait. I feel that this is a bad move from snk/atlus because they put this low profile game in with high profile november releases. Games like MW3, UMVC3, Uncharted 3, WWE 12, Zelda Skyward Sword, Assassins creed revelations and Elder Scrolls V skyrim are all being released in november. I think this move REALLY hurts KOF XIII's chance to make an impact which i feel it really needs to do. This game is a underdog among giants and im pulling for the little guy so with that being said i'll leave you with the newest trailer released today to help hype you guys up. Let us know what you think and don't be a jimmy!
There are less and less games I want to play this year...
Previously scheduled for release on Nov 19, Watch Dogs will now be released some time in the first half of 2014.
More time to finish up your GTAV or FFXIV I guess. Now the Stick of Truth stands alone as the only game coming out 2013 that I still am looking forward to.

A message from Ken Levine details reasons for pushing the game back a few months to add extra polish and make the game "into something even more extraordinary".
Originally slated to release this October, Bioshock infinite has now been pushed back until February 26, 2013. This isn't too big a surprise, the original Bioshock was released late too and given that I'll still be playing Borderlands 2 when this was originally scheduled to come out, I see this as good news. By all means, make a perfect game! Just don't get stuck in that Duke Nukem mode, LOL!
Here's part of what Ken Levine has to say (read the whole thing at the source link):
When we announced the release date of BioShock Infinite in March, we felt pretty good about the timing.
Since then, we’ve come to realize that some specific tweaks and improvements will make Infinite into something even more extraordinary. Therefore, to give our talented team the time they need, we’ve decided to move the game’s release to February 26, 2013. We wanted to let our loyal (and very patient!) fans know this as soon as possible.
I won’t kid you: BioShock Infinite is a very big game, and we’re doing things that no one has ever done in a first-person shooter. We had a similar experience with the original BioShock, which was delayed several months as our original ship date drew near. Why? Because the Big Daddies weren’t the Big Daddies you’ve since come to know and love. Because Andrew Ryan’s golf club didn’t have exactly the right swing. Because Rapture needed one more coat of grimy Art Deco.
Well, one less game I'll be seeing at 2K's booth at E3 this year.

The oft-delayed title gets a new target
Watch the "Farting Vigilante" trailer!
South Park: The Fractured But Whole has been delayed several times already and had recently been listed as TBA 2017. Well, now we have the announcement, the game will release on October 17, 2017 (we hope it's for real this time).
Portal 2 release dates slips. Valve thinks it okay though, claims the shortest delay in the history of the company.
I just received an email from Valve stating that Portal 2 will now be released on April 18, 2011. Valve claims this shortest delay in history. I think they are trying to be lol. But some gamers may not be too happy about it. I'd rather a good game be delayed then a shit game be released. And it's only two months. Here's the email I received.
"VALVE ANNOUNCES SHORTEST DELAY IN VALVE HISTORY
Valve today announced that Portal 2 -- the sequel to the ground-breaking title that won over 30 game of the year awards, despite missing its original ship date -- will now be available the week of April 18th, 2011. This two month slip not only marks the shortest delay in Valve's proud tradition of delays, it represents the approaching convergence of Valve Time and Real Time. Though this convergence spells doom for humanity, it will not affect the new Portal 2 release date."
Until then, enjoy some of other Gouki.com Portal 2 stories.
We've been following this game since it was called Verus XII in 2011 (or was it XII-2? IDK). Another few months won't kill it... probably.
Prev Feb 9, now May 3
Battleborn just wrapped up its closed technical test. It seems Gearbox wants more time to polish the game up based on what they've learned.
"We at Gearbox are feeling energized by the data of our Closed Technical Test, and the additional time will allow us to better act on the feedback for Battleborn competitive and cooperative play when it releases. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we work tirelessly on Battleborn. We look forward to sharing the Open Beta with everyone next year."
Previously scheduled for Feb 9, 2016, Battleborn will now ship out May 3, 2016.
Square-Enix seems to be having trouble these days...
Looks like we'll have to wait a bit longer for this game, as Square-Enix needs time to remove its head from its ass.
Square Enix said in a statement it is delaying the rollout of the latest installment in its "Deus Ex" game series until the financial year starting in April. It had initially planned the launch for the January-March quarter.
The company is also postponing the launch of "Final Fantasy 14" for Sony's PlayStation3 game console for an unknown period. The game was originally slated to hit store shelves in March in Japan.
The trailers for this game looked cool, for what little gameplay they actually show.
Originally slated for March 6th, Max dodges the ultra-crowded month and makes us wait another two.
It's officlally getting less and less crowded this March. First XCOM gets sent to next year, and now Max Payne pulls a quick bullet-time dodge into May.
Today we're proud to officially announce that Max Payne 3, the highly-anticipated dark and gritty action experience that continues the tale of former New York City detective Max Payne, will be available for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation3 on May 15, 2012 in North America and May 18, 2012 in Europe, with the PC version launching on May 29th, 2012 in North America and June 1st, 2012 in Europe.
