Looks like the E3 trailer got leaked early.
his trailer doesn't have any gameplay, but it looks pretty cool. I'm not sure how it's going to play out, but I'm starting to think Left 4 Dead. Four person squad shooter with zombies, but hopefully this one will be better. I'm not the biggest Resident Evil fan, but I definitely enjoy the games, and this one is looking fantastic so far.
Unfortunately the video got set to private, but here's a link to it.
Write a story about E3 2011 and win cool prizes direct from the show floor. Be entered to win our exlcusive Swag Bag of stuff.
This one's easy Jimmy. We know you're going to be writing your butts off next week for E3 and we want to give you guys some of the coolest stuff we get there, aka swag. Check out last years stuff.
This year we have more access than ever to the show and I expect to get some really cool stuff.
How to enter. Write relevant takes and stories about the happenings at E3 2011. Make sure you tag your stories, news and E3 2011. This will put your stories right into our exclusive E3 2011 feed. FYI Cinderkin gets first overall choice, this Jimmy has been pimping Gouki.com for over a year and we really appreciate him a lot.
You can share your stories on Twitter and put them in our exclusive Twitter feed by using #e3gouki. That will automatically send your tweets to our Gouki.com/e3 page.
So get to writing, make sure you Read The Faq and understand what is going on here.
Grand Prize: An exclusive Swag bag that I will put together personally.
Runner up prizes: Anything we get doubles of will be given away separately so everyone will have a chance to get something from E3.
You gotta write quality takes. It doesn't need to be 10 paragraphs long, but we want honest news and opinions shared. Don't be a Jimmy! Good luck.

It's short, but it was enough to make me smile. I've played every game and haven't been let down yet. I've turned off the system mid game, walked out to smoke, and came back and gave it dirty looks. But there was some pride each time you beat a boss, and finishing the game was a worthwile challenge.
So how many of you Jimmys are looking forward to this?
The Gouki team paid a visit to Sega's booth at E3 2011 for a first look at Aliens: Colonial Marines in action.
Hot on the heels of the first official trailer for this game, Sega let us in to see an early build of Aliens: Colonial Marines being played by the Gearbox staff and hosted by non other than Randy Pitchford, CEO of Gearbox Software.
When asked when the game takes place in the Alien universe, Pitchford stated that he considers this the "true sequel to Aliens", which brought cheers from those assembled for this demo. We soon found ourselves in Hadley's Hope searching for survivors and clues as to what happened during the events of the Aliens movie. The level of detail even in this early build was quite impressive. Fans will clearly recognize the blueprints of the building and the labs housing the face-suckers. Things quickly turn dark for our band of marines as the sounds coming from the motion tracker become more urgent. Alien xenomorphs soon begin emerging from the ceiling air vents, taking many of your squadmates out in the process. The aliens move all along the ceiling and walls as easily as the floors, and they move quickly. You will really need to have your head on a swivel if you wish to keep it attached in this game! Better yet, bring some backup; Aliens: Colonial Marines supports 4 player co-op. As Pitchford announced this feature, a second Gearbox employee joined the demo. Much like Gearbox's recent hit, Borderlands, the additional player simply popped into existence and a message appeared on the screen stating that "player 2 had joined your party". Nothing was mentioned of this, but I noticed that the second player had some custom looking artwork on their armour hinting perhaps and some level of player customization.
Most of the action was standard FPS stuff, move from point A to point B and have a firefight, but along the way the engine showed off some survival horror effects (exploding lights, face-suckers throwing themselves at the inside of their glass cage towards you with the accompanying music queue) and other events like random marines being gruesomely dealt with by the aliens. We weren't shown any items other than the motion scanner, but we did get to see a few weapons including the pulse rifle and sentry turret.
Seal the door!
After the marines had decided to take a last stand, a giant firefight broke out, culminating in the alien queen bashing through the door and ending the demo with an ominous fade to black.
For those worried that an Aliens game can't live up to the hype, let me tell you that Pitchford and his Gearbox staff were visibly excited to be making this game, and very much knew their stuff about the Aliens universe. Pitchford was shouting out movie quotes throughout the demo, and mentioned that they had the chance to work with many people and assets from the film.
In addition a version of the game will make its way to the WiiU after its launch. While we don't know specifics on the WiiU version, it is easy to imagine a motion tracker on the controller screen. Pitchford would only say that Gearbox was proud to be one of the early recipients of the developer kit for the WiiU.
Aliens: Colonial Marines ships out Spring 2012 for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.

With an hour long pre-E3 show, did gamers come out winning?
Yes we did! Konami made a head start in E3 today, or tonight depending on where you live, and the showed off some great news. Here's a review of their show.
They first began with video footage from the show and tease you at what's to come and who's going to talk. The first few minutes, Shiji Hirano, President of Konami Digital Entertainment, America, he gives his thanks for the many prayers and wishes of the events in Japan, from the earthquake and tsunami.
Hirano-san then tells us that Hideo Kojima will be providing lectures on the Video Game Designers of the future in California. Konami will be launching events though out the world! Hirano-san announces Frogger 3DS and more DLC for Castlevania.
Konami then takes us to Tokyo, Japan to see how Metal Gear Solid 3DS is going. It's great! You'll be able to use the 3DS's camera to take pictures from the real world, and use it as in-game camouflage! Also, if you're climbing a tree, for example, you might fall if you tilt the 3DS! So play straight!

Is this the next Left for Dead or something more?
Dead Island seems to be a new survial take on zombies. Since it takes place in a Island, players must make maintain health, weapan and stamina balance. For instance, if you throw a knife, you better pick it up, chances are, you won't find another one soon. Like what you see? Let us know!
And here are some artwork from the team

Demon's Souls was a huge success by From Software. Looking to capitalize on this new "Extreme Difficulty Genre" Dark Souls is a spiritual successor. Now you can hunt down other people online as the Black Knight with a new gameplay feature. E3 2011
Well I hated Demon's Souls Jimmy there's no denying that. Back then though I had no idea exactly what the game was. I played it, shit I reviewed it. (Demon’s Souls is Stupid’s Shits) Rei Puerto talks it up all the time, not sure if he ever beat it though. One guy I saw beat it, had that famous speed run on YouTube. I'm calling tool assisted, but it is unconfirmed.
This video is from E3 2011, some nubfarm is playing the Dark Knight. The first parts are just to get you warmed up. The game looks and sounds amazing. Now that I know what Dark Souls is and how it's supposed to be played, I still don't want to play it. But for you Jimmys who are into this stuff, check out this Exclusive E3 2011 Dark Souls Black Kinight Gameplay Off Screen Video.
