Spike has posted the 2012 VGA Nominees. Every year this show get more & more ridiculous with the games they preview & award. Can't wait for the show next month, look for our live Twitter coverage.
Assassin's Creed, Dishonored & Journey listed in a lot of categories. Borderlands has a ton of nominations, even best game on PS3 & XBOX. (If that makes any sense to you.) But Borderlands isn't nominated for GOTY. All the Wii-U games are totally unfair. Pray to god that ZombieU game comes out & just bombs. Sorry Nintendo, we have a deadline for our award show. Plus NOBODY in the real world has got to play your games yet either. Well the Wii-U does come out on Sunday. 0 hype for that bro, 0. First of all, I've come to the realization that even if I did want a Wii-U on launch day, I wasn't going to go ANYWHERE to buy 1. Amazon doesn't sell Nintendo hardware? How did that get all fucked up? I'll wait for the Wii-U, FnJimmy is going to try & get 1 on Sunday (can't wait for that report) I'll just borrow his Wii-U. He'll never play it.
Borderlands was stiffed on the game of the year. Borderlands, Halo Wars, FF12, Halo 4 & maybe Battlefield 3 (in that order) are the games I spent the most hours in this year. Which do you think I would say is the best game that came out in 2012? Who care about the VGA's? The show is a paid advertisement remember? Don't ever forget that. Black Ops 2 wins EVERYTHING.

SFxT was not the best in anything. I'm sorry, but just based on the Rolento patch/glitch, I could never validate nominating SFxT for anything. Somebody at Capcom did not give a fuck about Street Fighter X Tekken.

- Call of Duty: Black Ops II
- Halo 4
- Max Payne 3
Max Payne? I'd rather play the Blops2 than Max Payne. The only thing Max Payne would ever win an award for from Gouki would be Best GVR from 2012.
