The most powerful Street Fighter characters made appearances throughout many games. Coming down to the Top 6 was down right close. But behold, the most prestige fighters in all of Street Fighter.
Ryu is perhaps the most famous character in the Street Fighter series. His humble beginnings to his uprising in ability to topple the giant champions of the world made him the fighter we all wished to be. The hero of Street Fighter and overall legend, he is known for usually snatching victory from the jaws of defeat.

Gouki.com got a hands on demonstration of the new Limited Edition Mortal Kombat Klassic Fight Stick at the $21,000 Tournament in Las Vegas. Based off the vintage arcade style, this fight stick is priced to sell and comes with 3 Mortal Kombat Games.
Gouki.com was at the $21,000 Mortal Kombat tournament this weekend in Las Vegas and we got some hands on time with the new Mortal Kombat Klassic Fight Stick. Developed by PDP and designed to take you back to the golden age of arcades, this fight stick looks like it was ripped right out of an arcade cabinet from the 90's. Original tweet.
This Fight Stick has a memory foam underside, how cool is that? It feels great, the buttons click away just like your Mad Catz FightSticks, but what I really like about this stick is the actual joystick. Old school arcade favorite for me. This is an exclusive fight stick and is limited to only 6000 units. You also get Mortal Kombat 1, 2 and 3 DLC codes. Only 6000 made, $130, a fight stick and 3 Mortal Kombat games. If you're planning on being a tournament player or you just don't have a fight stick yet, this is Deals Jimmy! Pre-order now.

Kickflip, Heelflip, Heelflip, Heelflip, and more Heelflips!
Shaun White, he snowboards and skateboards. He’s a pro in both and very fun to watch. How about his games? Well they both SUCK!
Shaun White Skateboarding is a new take on skateboarding games. Tony Hawk made skateboarding games fun and arcade like. EA’s Skate series brought realism to the players with its “Flick It” control scheme. Shaun White Skateboarding brings transforming and shaping into the world of skateboarding games. Taking plain streets and transforming them into skate parks and making interesting skate lines by shaping the world around you. Sound like fun? Well it’s not! Shaun White Skateboarding suffers from poor controls; bad music playlist, silly characters, and repetitive voice acting that will make you want to shut off the game. Find out why in the review below.
The story of Shaun White Skateboarding has an interesting premise. The city has been taken over by the Ministry, an organization that controls the city and the people living there. The entire city is the color gray, which is the Ministry’s favorite color. All of the citizens are like mindless zombies all dressed the same, walk the same, and live life the same. Shaun White however is the Ministry’s top priority as he’s been transforming the city back to the way it was. By bringing color back to the city and freeing citizens from the Ministry. As the game starts Shaun White is captured by the ministry and it’s up to you to take over and free the city with White’s magical skateboard (I’m serious, that is what happens). You then get to create your skater, choosing gender, skin tones, hair, and clothes. The character creation is very simple and doesn’t have a lot of depth to it, which you may have grown accustom to over the years. Once you’ve created a character you are greeted by a man name Jonas or Jon or Jake or something with a J (He’s so annoying that I tend to tune him out), who teaches you how to play the game. Eventually you start changing the city, by bringing color to it and saving the citizens. How you do this is by building up you Flow Meter. To fill up your meter, you’re required to perform flip tricks, grabs, and grinds. The higher you meter the more things you can change, and the more citizens you can save.
The problem with this is that you’re constantly doing tricks. You spend less time looking for interesting line, and more time trying to bring color to the city. The shaping mechanic is pretty interesting, but most times it just takes you out of the game. It’s so unrealistic that it just comes off as silly, instead of fun. I spent about 5 hours playing through the story, meeting new characters that help you along the way, meeting Shaun White and skating with him, and building up my flow and earning experience to unlock more tricks. After all of that I found myself hating the game more and more.
This is where Shaun White Skateboarding fails to deliver. The control scheme is a hybrid of the Tony Hawk games and the EA Skate games. What you get because of that is just total confusion and frustration. You can either Ollie with the A/X button or use the right stick. You perform kickflips by pressing A/X and flicking the left stick to the left or by flicking the right left then right. It doesn’t work well either way you do it. I’ve been playing the Tony Hawk series since Pro Skater 1 and I’ve been playing the EA Skate series since the first game. I am really good at both games, but when I played Shaun White Skateboarding I felt like I was just doing heelflips over and over again. I felt like I had no real control over what I was doing and was just flicking the right stick in all different directions to build up Flow. I found this to be extremely boring and there wasn’t any challenge to the game at all.
The game itself feels really slow at some points in the game, while that makes it feel more realistic in the sense you’re not flying all over the place. The only problem is the game has you grinding rails that don’t exist, and tricking off ramps that appear out of nowhere. The game can’t seem to figure out which way they want to approach the situation, whether they want realistic or an arcade style game.
The voice work in the game is done well, but it’s extremely cheesy! Some of the worst lines I’ve ever heard in a video game. The citizens are truly the most annoying part of this game. They constantly repeat what they say, and at times even repeat what someone else said 10 seconds prior. Hearing things like “You’ve got a good eye, I wonder what the other looks like” and “Fight the power!” will make you want to mute the game. The music in the game is your typical rock, punk, and metal. Not a bad selection of songs, but the major problem is that there is no way to create a playlist of the songs. Meaning that if there are songs you don’t like in the game you’re out of luck and either have to listen to them or play your own music using the PS3 and 360. If I hear “I never wanna lose, I never wanna lose your love” one more time I’m going to scream!
The game looks like an early release game of this current generation. Nothing too bad, but nothing great either. The gray ministry controlled city looks depressing. I’ve never seen so many sad looking people walking around. Once you build flow and transform the city though is when you’ll see vibrant colors and crazy graffiti filling the streets. The city looks really cool when it’s full of color. The tricks in the game look like the real life counter parts. Every trick is done well and it looks like the developers really worked hard to make each trick look authentic.
I honestly can’t say much about the online modes as I never got around to actually playing it. The game left such a bad taste in my mouth that I didn’t even bother with it. Sorry
Overall Shaun White Skateboarding took a huge risk with its transforming and shaping concept, and its control scheme. The risk didn’t pay off here and what we are left with is a poorly made skateboarding video game, which is unfortunate because the Tony Hawk series hasn’t been fun in years, and EA’s Skate series won’t get better without solid competition. So if you’re looking for fun skateboarding games look elsewhere because Shaun White Skateboarding fails on to many levels.
BOTTOM LINE: FLUSH IT!

Choose your destiny with three different new mutants and powers. Brotherhood or X-Men? Featuring a ton of your favorite characters and an original story. Can this X-Men game do what Batman Arkham City did or do we just have another 90's remake?
X-men Destiny review.
In X-men Destiny you choose from 3 different mutants, who are all attending the same mutant/human rally at the beginning of the game. I choose Aimi, the chick. I don't like watching the dudes walk around in third person games, I'd rather look at some hot graphical ass. Let me tell you, there are a few shots -depending on which suit Aimi is wearing- of that snatch on this chick and its unPWNievable. Ok so, the mutant rally gets attacked. Everybody thinks Magneto is behind it. BTW, Professor X is dead and the school is gone. Cyclops and the White Queen are running the show. The attack happens, you're right in the middle and here we go. Different mutants start asking you for help, like Toad, Surge, Mystique, and even my personal favorite Gambit. Some are literally right around the corner from the last. This to me didn't make any sense in the game. You're up on the streets and Cyclops tells you to go look for Wolverine in the subway or something. You smash through the ground, take 10 steps and Wolverine is right there. Cyclops could have taken two seconds and came down there with me, I did all the hard work of smashing through the street.
The story seems to take place during a few hours, there's no sense of timeline whatsoever. The setting from the city never changes, except for going into a subway or a factory that are all along this linear path. You meet a ton of X-Men and Brotherhood mutants and you can choose to help whoever you like. Brotherhood all the way for me, fuck that good shit. This turns out to be irrelevant as the story goes on. The only difference is that instead of fighting along side Brotherhood during certain parts of the game, I would have done it with X-men instead. Boring. Some fights and side missions you can't get to, unless you do the dialog trees. The dialog trees are UNSKIPPABLE at all times. Some save points will put you before X-tremely long and boring chats with different mutants. Like Colossus, I had to listen and watch that sequence like 20 times.
The voice acting isn't great either. One of those where two people talking to each other, laid their audio tracks separately. So it sounds like taking turns talking into a mic and not having an actual conversation. Mix that in with the strange ambient sounds of the game that would drop in and out depending on who was speaking. I imagine because the developers just cut and paste some of that audio, cancelling out other sounds and I don't know anymore. People don't test shit enough. Steve Blum makes an appearance and voices Wolverine and Pyro. Steve has been the voice of since the show Wolverine and the X-men and is also in MvC3. That's the extent of the excitement for the voice acting in this game.
What you got here is something of a mix between Marvel Ultimate Alliance, Batman Arkham City and Mass Effect. Well that's what I was saying when I first sat down with this game, let me try to explain. MUA was a top down beat-em up. Batman had you bouncing off enemies while you beat them up to raise your combo counter. Mass Effect gave you options on how to level up certain powers. The ME comparison is just a keyword fish. Here's the major problems and I'm only going to comment on playing with Aimi, I don't know how the other characters would have worked or the other mutant powers you're offered at the beginning of the game. You get the option to level up these little 2, 3, 4, hit combos, but wait, that's it, they don't chain with anything else. You get mutant abilities, for shadow/phasing I choose stuff like appearing behind enemies and striking them. You could level that up 3 times with experience you get from Jimmys you beat up. Some of that stuff would chain, but I never got any really high combos until my character was maxed and could just fly around in demon form raiping the field.
I'm starting to lose my mind trying to recall some of this game. The Raptr says I only played it for 9 hours. It seemed like 90. 9 hours is for $60 is a big negative. There might be some replay value here if you wanted to use the other mutants and try out the other powers, but the game is so slow to start. You don't get any cool powers until real late in the game. The enemies all look the same, they all look like Ice Climbers. Then you got the flamethrower Jimmys and the Geth looking ED-209 mechs. Of course zombies, what game doesn't have zombie levels anymore. You do get to fight X-men and Brotherhood mutants and I guess that's kinda cool. Wolverine, Magneto, Pyro, just to name a few. You also get to fight a Sentinel and that's pretty sweet. Some parts of the game look like great ideas, but the overall delivery is a pretty big sad face.
There's no co-op and there's no multiplayer. There isn't much replay value here at all. You can play as the other mutants and with the different powers, but the game is so boring, I don't know if that would justify. I don't want to play it anymore. There's challenge rooms that you can replay through the load screen, but only ones you've opened up in the campaign. Oh and every time you do a challenge room, the game bounces you back out to the main menu and you have to go through a bunch of load screens again. Oh god before I forget, X-Men destiny has the worst save systems I've even seen. The game saves randomly, almost always right BEFORE a long cutscene or chatscene you can't skip and there is NO manual saving. I would have had a completely different experience if I could have saved it myself, hell I probably would have beat the first night.
X-men Destiny is not worth $60 bucks that's for sure. In fact according to the Gouki.com PricePWNr, the price has already dropped below $48 bucks and is currently available for the PS3 at $46.77. I still wouldn't say its worth it. It'll be below $40 soon enough, maybe even below $30 before the holidays. So if you haven't picked up X-men Destiny and still want to play it after everything I've told you above, just wait for the price to drop in a few weeks. X-mode? WTF is an X-mode? Push the left bumper? I never used that move once. Nubfarm.
And Silicon Knights been making games for a long time too.
X-Men Destiny gets a Rent it! From me Jimmy. The game is bland and lacks depth and FUN. As an X-Men fan, I did find some of it interesting and I did beat it on the hardest difficulty. So maybe some other X-Men fans would get a kick out of this game, play it on normal and have a good time. Lets see what the sequel -if there is one- improves, because this game could have some potential. Don't be a Jimmy!

Does Kratos get what he wants?
You’ll just have to buy, play, and find out. Here we are. A game developed from Sony Santa Monica, and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. The final chapter in the Kratos’ God of War’s series, a story of vengeance, betrayal, and revenge. Let’s break it down to help those that are into the main highlights.
Story: The first two God of War games were intense, engrossing, and interactive. Nothing has changed. Kratos is still looking for his revenge for the Gods, which have betrayed him and their words. It start off where GoW2’s cliff hanger and what a way to start off! You’re on top of a Titan, climbing Mountain Olympus, looking to end the life of Zeus. With four main Gods and other Titan, the story keeps you wanting more. Why does Zeus do the things he does? Why does Gaia help Kratos? Why does Kratos do the thing he does? And it goes on! You’ll be emerresed in this telling of tale.
Gameplay: This is an honest, to bare bones, hack and slash, action adventure. But with massive substance to separate its self from the rest of its kind. With normal attack, heavy attack, magic, magic specific weapons, moves, combo to moves, you’ll be sure to hit 1000 hit combo with understanding of both kind. The platforming segment are good with no sense of ANY kind of delay. Each weapon has it’s own magic, so you won’t have to fumble around looking for the magic. Each weapon can be upgraded numerous times, about five. Each giving you new combo skill and magic. So points/orbs that you get from defeating from enemy, will increase your death count.
Graphics: Alright you graphic whores, here is the reason you bought this George Forman grill look alike. The game runs smooth with little to no hickups! The detail in some animal are believable that you think the team, of Santa Monica Studio, have met the fearsome beast! Kratos is fully detailed to the teeth. I mean you can see when he gets man and went he gets pissed!! The fights in the backgrounds in certain sections, are a beautiful landscape of its own. In one section, you could be climbing a mountain and there will a moment went your jaw drops and say “Hoe S***! Damn!!” The detail are insane even if you run it at 720P.
Sound: Blood, head being crushed, cries of you enemy, all checked and accounted for. The voice acting is fine enough to push you to hear more. Although this is where I’ll nip pick. After some combo executed, Kratos foot step seem to disappear. Maybe that’s just me not having Dolby Digital surround sound but still. That’s all I got for that.
Replayability: Yup. Keep playing this game a few more rounds. Once you beat the game, you can use some items that you couldn’t use the first time and it makes the game good. You have Titan mode, which you’ll die from as the game makes fun of you, and Challenge of Olympus. These modes will seriously test your skills as a gamer.
Verdict: Buy it! Buy the bloody thing. It will increase your testosterone level ten folds. You’ll grow hair on your chest and back. Don’t be a Jimmy!!
