The most powerful Street Fighter characters made appearances throughout many games. Coming down to the Top 6 was down right close. But behold, the most prestige fighters in all of Street Fighter.
Ryu is perhaps the most famous character in the Street Fighter series. His humble beginnings to his uprising in ability to topple the giant champions of the world made him the fighter we all wished to be. The hero of Street Fighter and overall legend, he is known for usually snatching victory from the jaws of defeat.

A how-to guide for unlocking the three extra characters in Street Fighter Zero 3 (Alpha 3).
Local Gouki user Guano brought over his new UD-CPS2 system with a copy of the Japaneese Street Fighter Zero 3 (alpha 3 in the US). GoukiJones wanted to play as Juni, a favorite from back in the day when alpha was the new game in town.

A new weekly installment. You demanded it, you got it. Post it note art on a weekly basis
So my previous post it note art installments apparently are very popular here on this site. They've resulted in numerous job offers and a few marriage proposals (NO MEANS NO JIMMY)
Anyhow, under threat of death I reluctantly present the post it note art of the week.
Only problem? I hate videogames and have no idea what to draw that doesn't involve a toilet and something halo related being shat or pissed on.
Post what you want me to draw below and if it's interesting enough maybe I'll give it a go. Then if you send me 59 cents via paypal I will send you the original.
EDIT, I thought of something
I had no chance...
This game caught my attention because it has a Metroid-Vania look. It also has a very weird sounding story about a robot suit that has to pretend to be a low-class service droid, Your character has to infiltrate a high-tech security building to revive the human that was injured while inside the suit. It even sounds fucking crazy as I try to write it out. The game is very cool, good graphics, good sound effects, voice acting, etc… it’s got it all. But the game is the hardest game I’ve played in a long time. There is absolutely ZERO direction. So far I’ve gotten stuck on a drop of blood.

Suda51, I love you.
Shadows of the Damned is a survival horror game coming out this June. I haven't been following it much but I'm glad it got my attention. 2 big names behind this game are No more Heroes Suda 51 and Resident Evil's Shinji Mikami.
I'm not too much of a RE fan but NMH is definately something I will love for a very long time. But knowing how badass Resident games have been and Sudas other wacky projects, this game is sure to be promising. Enjoy the video below and leave a comment.

"When evil demonic creatures kidnap Garcia’s girlfriend, it’s up to him to travel to the City of the Damned to get her back. Aided by a former demon with the ability to transform into an array of vicious weapons, Garcia will once again take on the mantel of “demon hunter” and rip apart the horrifying forces of the underworld to protect what he loves most"

2 new images of the Collector's Edition for Darksiders II came out today. There is also a Limited Edition version, which is just the regular version, if you pre-order. I think. I hate what game companies do with these things nowadays.
Walking around the house with that mask on, heard. I'm a big fan of Darksiders and the Joe Madureira artwork is badass nice. Here's what's inside:
The Darksiders® II Collector's Edition will include The Limited Edition version of the game as well as a life-sized replica Death Mask with display stand, a unique Shadow of Death armor and scythe set with enhanced stats, a digital copy of the Darksiders II sound-track and a hard-cover Darksiders II art book. The Collector's Edition will be available in limited quantities as a pre-order item only and is anticipated to sell for around $99 USD.

Marvel is slowly trying to make better games I think, like they have been making better movies. X Men Destiny looks like an Infamous type game to me. The graphics look like a huge sad face, but how does it play?
Here's the trailer in all of it's Nintendo 64 glory.
Jaime Chung plays a 15 year old Japanese girl who just came from Japan. Don't worry her English is so good, you won't even know it was an Asian girl doing the voice.
Remember that show Heroes on NBC, well this is what one of those Jimmys is up to.
Please stop asking me if it's the same guy from Milo and Otis. I don't know.
I don't know who this Jimmy is either, but I'm sure he's thrilled to have a job. He voices Cole in X Men Destiny.
Don't be a Jimmy! Write a story on Gouki.com about why you are hype about X Men Destiny.

Dualshockers.com did a recent preview of Marvel vs Capcom 3, and they had plenty of good things to say about the game. One of the bad is that SSF4 and MvC2 style spectator mode for online play is not available.
Here is a copy and paste of what they had to say:
"When Marvel vs. Capcom 3 releases in just under two weeks, the game will not have spectator mode. Players in player matches with lobbies of up to 8 people will not be able to watch the game taking place as they wait their turn. This is said to be remedied in the very near future, but still. Another feature that players would and should expect is the ability to record and save videos of their matches. This ain’t happening. And this may or may not be remedied (ouch!)."
How come no one mentioned this before Jimmy? Why even give the option of an 8 player lobby without spectator mode? How did Capcom drop the ball on this shit? I mean come on Jimmy! I'm extremely pissed about this. Who agrees this is garbage? Tell us in the comments. Don't be a Jimmy!

Dead Rising 2: Case West just wasn't enough Frank West Action. The man that has covered wars needs a much better comeback. Off The Record looks like the game to do it.
Taking you back to Fortune City once again. Off the Record will see players embarking upon a reimagining of the Dead Rising 2 narrative, meaning that the game will be an all-new experience featuring some twisted enemies, new combo weapons and of course, lots of Prestige Points (PP) for snapping the best pics with Frank's camera. Also Wrestling for all you Jimmys out there!
Frank West DDT's a zombie? Say what? Tell us what you think in the comments. Don't be a Jimmy!
Resident evil is capcoms flagship zombies series but dead rising is the new king of zombie action!
Dead rising is one of those games that won't seem that great until you truly get into the meat of the game. When i first bought it i didn't like it but i saw potential in it so i bought it again one day to give it another chance. As of now it is one of my all-time favorites read the review and find out why this is the ULTIMATE zombie experience.
Frank controls like most other game characters, you run around using the left thumb stick and use X to attack things, you can also press the right trigger to enter an over-the-shoulder mode (like RE4) and use the weapons you have in different ways, some you just throw away when in this mode (melee weapons mostly), but then there are the guns which of course aim much better in this mode, and there are also some things (like hockey clubs, golf clubs, bowling balls, etc) that will allow you to use them as you would normally use them (in a non-zombies situation that is).
The other thing about the gameplay is that in the beginning, you will probably feel kind of weak, you start out with no real abilities except the ability to jump and use weapons, and then as you progress and beat bosses, complete missions, kill zombies and escort survivors to safety, you gain levels and with this gain more attack power, speed, health slots and new cool attacks that you can use to get the zombies out of your way. This makes you feel like you really are getting better at what you are doing as you progress through the game.Read full story...
