If you can't hear what's going on. What happened was, GoukiJones upgraded his shield and offered his old one to FnJimmy. FnJimmy takes it. Just a little while later, GoukiJones finds another shield and then gives his old one to FnJimmy as well. At this point though FnJimmy denies even asking for the first one, saying that his shield that he's had on all night is better than both. WTF? Don't be a Jimmy!

Just another day at the office. More PWNn than workin'. Nnnnnnnnnnnnnuab!
Up early today doing some editing. I posted a new Halo Wars Strategy video. Its terrible. I worked on a little Gears of War # Minitage, I don't know about that game.
We played a little GOW3 this evening and I find that game so annoying when I can't find any flow. Granted, I've never been a huge fan of any of the gears. Plus tonight we ended up with one of the most obnoxious party members in the world. Disguised as somebody else he snuck into our party. After 3 games I had to turn it off and go back to the Halo Wars.
Which leads me back to the title. I did not play the X-men at all today. It's so slow paced, it's dreadful. You can't skip the cutscenes and there no chance for a re-do when you get railed in the challenge rooms. The Challenge rooms have suits Jimmy! You can wear the different suits and get different powers... oh never mind.
90% of the day was spent on Halo Wars. WTF? I love it. Watch for a bunch of new videos coming the YouTube channel, plus the Mad Catz promo everyone is waiting for. Don't forget to check out our Resident Evil giveaway right now. You can win a game if you write a preview for it and we're still looking for a Gouki.com Girl to represent.

XSEED Games, an independent-minded publisher, is pleased to announcethat the upcoming title, The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky for the PSP system has gone gold and will begin shipping to retailers across North America March 29th, 2011.
I'm not a big fan of the PSP, my hands are too big for it, but some of you may own one and might want to check out this game. After watching this trailer I got interested in it. Check it out.
Here is the press release info about the game:
Following the recent success of the Ys series, The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, developed by Nihon Falcom, marks a new stand-alone story in The Legend of Heroes series and is the first of the Trails in the Sky games to be released in North America by XSEED Games. The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky will be available in a Limited Edition package which will contain a soundtrack CD, a 13-inch by 19.5-inch poster and a Bracer Guild replica metal badge, for the suggested retail price of $39.99. A standard boxed version and digital download version will also be available for the suggested retail price of $29.99.
About the Story
The story of The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky opens in the quaint and serene town of Rolent in the Liberl Kingdom, a land that, while outmatched by surrounding countries in terms of size and military might, manages to maintain its global presence through world-class engineering, ample septium resources and able diplomacy. Still recovering from a fierce war with the powerful Erebonian Empire just ten years prior, players take the reins as Estelle Bright, a young martial arts expert with an effervescent personality and tenacious spirit, as well as her close friend Joshua, as they take their first steps in joining the legendary Bracer’s Guild. Charged with upholding the peace and safety of the citizens, Bracers must first seek qualification in all the regions of the kingdom, and to that end Estelle and Joshua begin their journey.
As players delve further into the story of The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, they will traverse an entire kingdom steeped in detail, navigating everything from ancient towers and deep mines to quaint villages and seaside resorts, and become entangled in the geopolitical landscape as they meet new characters along the way. Sprawling landscapes, perilous encounters and mysterious happenings punctuate every moment of the game’s 50-plus hours of gameplay. Through the course of their journey, Estelle and Joshua will begin to uncover a mutinous conspiracy that threatens to overthrow the Liberlian queen and compromise the kingdom’s peaceful landscape: a sinister plot that they must unravel on their quest to become fully-fledged Bracers.
Along the way, players will enjoy an epic all-original soundtrack comprised of 57 tracks from Falcom’s famed music department.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky was developed by Nihon Falcom and scheduled for release exclusively on the PSP system. Fans who pre-order from participating nationwide retailers will be able to reserve a copy of the Limited Edition (Pictured Above), which will contain a soundtrack CD, a 13-inch by 19.5-inch poster and a Bracer Guild replica metal badge, for the suggested retail price of $39.99. A standard boxed version and digital download version will also be available, for the suggested retail price of $29.99. Named one of 1UP.com’s “Top 10 Most Anticipated Games of 2011 (PSP®),” The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky is scheduled for release March 29th 2011. What do you think of this game? Interested at all? Tell us what you think in the comments. Don't be a Jimmy!
what i think about my new fightstick.
Yesterday i got my TE fightstick in the mail and needless to say i was HYPE. Now im not a crazy guy i knew as soon as i started playing with a fightstick i wouldn't magically get better. Being a first time fightstick user i expected this to be awkward and very challenging but not this much. I practiced for most of the day with two games super street fighter 4 arcade edition and marvel vs capcom 3.
Now no matter which game it was my main problem was the actual stick. I could not really find a comfortable way to hold it thus making the most simple things like a hadoken motion very hard to do. The buttons were less challenging to get used to all i have to do is keep my fingers where they need to be. After playing both games i felt as if i did a lot better in MVC3 than i did in SSF4AE which was kind of weird to me since MVC3 is the faster game. Another thing that caught me off guard was how sensitive the buttons are i cant tell you how many times i did a different move than i intended to do because i was lightly touching the other button.
One of the things i really like is how big and sturdy it is. The art is awesome but i think its stupid that the xbox version has colored buttons it just ruins the the beautiful art. I had no idea it was going to be this tough be im willing to stick it out i don't give up easily. I really want to thank Gouki.com for the fightstick its awesome and its something im really going to invest my time in. If you guys have any tips for a beginner on a fightstick i would love to hear some.

A new PS3 controller that's laid out like a 360 pad? Sign me up!
One of my other problems with the PS3 is that controller. I love the XBOX 360 controller, the PS3 has the d-pad and left analog in the wrong spot for me. Plus I also like the concave triggers on the 360 controller way better.
Well, it looks like NYKO has taken up this complaint from those of us who prefer the 360 and will be delivering the "Raven" PS3 controller that mimics the feel of the 360. I'm looking forward to this on August 31st Jimmy!
If I miss this because PSN is down I'm going to be pissed.

The Yun, Yang, and Evil Ryu Achievements have created a ton of buzz, and Capcom's Producer Yoshinori Ono has responded to some of the questions about them.
Found this news this morning. Yesterday I posted a couple of images that I found showing off achievement tiles for Yun and Yang, and also Evil Ryu, and quite possibly another new character. Ono has responded to some of the questions from his twitter about them.
Note: Ono likes to tease the fans a lot, so take his answers with a grain of salt. With that said I'm pretty excited to find out whether those pics where real or fake.
Ono's Twitter responses:
I found these photos showing Yang and Yun in SSF4's achievements.
Ono: Yipe! What the hell was that? ;O
Please say those images are fake...
Ono: Is it almost completed for 360 ?! I'll check it to R&D room.
Does this mean Yun and Yang will be on Xbox 360?
Ono: We aim to please. ;D
Ono also fielded a few Street Fighter X Tekken questions.
Ono-san, please release a new gameplay video of SFxT.
Ono: Please wait until [the] season is warmer... ;P
Do you think you might get Okugawa, the guy who did Street Fighter 3's music, to do Street Fighter X Tekken's soundtrack?
Ono: SFxT's music is created by Fukasawa-san, [same person] as the SF4
New Mortal Kombat movie trailer
I think we can all agree that the original Mortal Kombat and Mortal Kombat: Annihilation were both robbed of Best Picture Oscars the years they were released, respectively. Well it looks like someone (I can't find out exactly who other than fight choreographer I've never heard of is responsible for the fights) is looking to get revenge on the Academy by moving forward with a new movie.
This looks very slick, and they've come up with some (however asinine) storylines to explain the fighters like Reptile and Baraka which I personally am fine with because the guys who originally wrote the plots and devised the characters for the Mortal Kombat video games were in all likelihood retarded/very unintelligent and would have probably written Reptile's story such that a young boy in the 1950s got lost in a swamp and was raised by crocodiles and then mated with one which birthed the murderous killer Ninja who finishes his victims off by ripping off his mask from 30 feet away to display his long tongue range (Sonya Blade was impressed)
Not sure how I feel about Johnny Cage being offed already as I really wanted to see him uppercut three heads off someone in this.
THE BIG QUESTION? PG-13 OR R. amiright?
Anyway it's nice to see Spawn again and any of the other has-beens that will be in this. Ralph Macchio for Cyrax!

Demo is out now, but the beta testers did things that were....extraordinary...
LBP was cool to me, but It wasn't a MUST HAVE AWESOME game IMO. Well, seeing the shit possible in lbp2, and recently having some fun in the demo, I can really see this as a game i will waste hours on during a slow day. Picked out some of the most impressive/ridiculous beta tester videos that i personally enjoyed. What do you Jimmys think? Leave a comment below.
Sony VS Marvel VS Capcom
I heard Guile's theme goes with LBP...(really cute shoryukens, flashkicks and sonicbooms involed)
Justin Beiber being tortured to death
